DOUGHMAN, Paul E. 77, of Springfield, died Friday morning, September 3, 2010 
in Springfield Regional Medical Center following several months of failing 
health. He was born in Springfield on October 11, 1932 the son of the late 
Harold and Ethel (McCoy) Doughman. Paul served his country in the U. S. Army 
following WWII. He retired as a foreman from Siemens Corporation, Urbana. He 
was a member of Lawrenceville Church of God where he served as a deacon until 
his health no longer permitted. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Donna 
June (Errett) Doughman; daughters, Rita (Mike) Walling of Huber Heights and 
Holly Doughman of London; two grandchildren, Sarah and Jesse Walling; two 
sisters-in-law, Marilyn Doughman of Florida and Barbara (Steve) Garlough of 
Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three 
brothers and a sister. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 
10:00-12:00 p.m. Monday in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. Paul's funeral 
service will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Alan Cain officiating. Burial 
will be in Terre Haute Cemetery
