Zella M. "Peggy" Evilsizor, age 83, of Trenton, Florida, and formerly of Terre 
Haute, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012, at 3:22 p.m. in the 
Haven Hospice Tri County Area Care Center in Chiefland, Florida. 
Born on April 20, 1929, in Springfield, Ohio, Peggy was a daughter of the late 
Emerick Weaver and Beulah (Shaffer). She married Roland L. Evilsizor on June 
21, 1947, and he preceded her in death on March 22, 2001. Together they raised 
five children who survive: Lois (John) Walser of Urbana, Tim (Darlene) 
Evilsizor of St. Paris, Thomas (Lori) Evilsizor of Springfield, Ted Evilsizor 
of Urbana, and Lynn (Penny) Evilsizor of Urbana. She was a loving grandmother 
to eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, one of whom preceded her 
in death. She is also survived by six sisters: Betty J. Thornton of St. Paris, 
Dorthy (Harold) McGillivray of West Liberty, Nancy (John) Watson of 
Springfield, Ohio, Linda Stapleton of West Liberty, Sally (Todd) Weatherhead 
of Urbana and Susan (Bob) Davis of St. Paris. She will be sadly missed by her 
special friend, Gene Claybaugh of Trenton, Florida, and his family. Peggy was 
a 1947 graduate of Westville High School. She was a former member of the Terre 
Haute United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 
September 22, 2012, at noon in the Atkins-Shively Funeral Home, 216 S. 
Springfield St., Saint Paris, Ohio, with Reverend David Yinger of the Terre 
Haute United Methodist Church presiding. Burial will follow in Terre Haute 
Cemetery, St. Rt. 55, Terre Haute. Visitation for family and friends will be 
held prior to the funeral service on Saturday in the funeral home from 10 a.m. 
until the time of the services at noon. In lieu of flowers memorial 
contributions may be made to the Terre Haute United Methodist Church, 5835 
High Street, Urbana, Ohio 43078. Envelopes will be available in the funeral
