FAULKNER, Leota (Warren) age 89, of Eaglewood Village, Springfield, and 
formerly of Urbana passed away at 12:25 p.m. on November 24, 2008 in Eaglewood 
Village. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in 
Oakdale Cemetery, Urbana with Reverend Pete Bellini of the Westville United 
Methodist Church presiding. Atkins-Shively Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield 
Street, Saint Paris, Ohio is serving the family.
