Wila Jean (Baum) Foster, age 80, of Springfield passed away peacefully in her 
residence on Friday evening, Sept. 8, 2006. 
Wilma was born on Oct. 12, 1925 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of the late 
Tom and Margaret (Harper) Baum. 
She married Ivan V. Foster on Feb. 15, 1948 and he preceded her in death on 
Feb. 19, 2005. 
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Margie McFarland. 
Wilma was a member of the Newson Missionary Church of Saint Paris and the Get 
Together Bunch. 
She was involved with her husband, Ivan, in farming all of her married life. 
She was also a homemaker and raised four children and a nephew who survive:
Memorial funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006 at 7 p.m. at 
the Newson Missionary Church, 9310 Cowpath Road, St. Paris, Ohio with Pastor 
Jon Ranous presiding. 
Family and friends may call at the church prior to the funeral services from 5 
p.m. to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations 
be made to Newson Missionary Church building fund.
