The Bellfontaine Examiner-abstract
Robert G. “Bob” Fox, 67, of Urbana, died at 2:40 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, 
in Heartland of Urbana.
He was born in Urbana on March 2, 1945, a son of the late Jack Houser Fox and 
Mary Randall Fox. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, and sister 
Phyllis Joan McDonald. 
He graduated from Urbana High School, where he was a MVP on the high school 
basketball team, and worked at International Harvester Company.
Robert was a former member of the Urbana Moose, American Legion Post 120 
Pearce Kerns, AMVETS, VFW and Eagles.
He loved to play poker and softball.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Walter & Smith Funeral Home, 
Urbana, where a funeral is at 10 a.m. Thursday.
Burial is in the Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana, with military honors by American 
Legion Post 120 Pearce Kerns.
