Juanita M. (Truesdale) Frank, 81, of 17920 State Route 706, died at 8:20 p.m. Fr
Friday, June 25, 2010, at the Pavilion Nursing Home in Sidney.

She was born in Montgomery County March 14, 1929, a daughter of the late Harry 
and Blanche (Burns) Truesdale. On Nov. 6, 1950, she married Howard S. Frank. He pr
preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 1997.

Juanita is survived by three children and their spouses: Pam (Frank) and Jim
Vondenhuevel
Vondenhuevel, of Sidney, and Howard "Bill" and Pam Frank, of Rosewood; four 
grandchildren: Jason Frank, Levi (Mallory) Vondenhuevel, Andy (Jennifer)
Vondenhuevel
Vondenhuevel and Steven Vondenhuevel; two sisters: Margaret Orchard, of
Cridersville
Cridersville, and Olive Smitson, of Aberdeen, Ky.; and two great-grandchildren: 
Audra Lee Vondenhuevel and Andrew Vondenhuevel.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: James Truesdale and Harry Thomas

Truesdale; and two sisters: Roszella Davis and Marion "Mickey" Rowley.

Juanita retired from Stolle Corp. in 1994. She was an avid bingo player and lo
loved spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at Adams 
Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, with the Rev. Philip K. Chilcote officiating. Buri
Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery, St. Paris.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wilson Hospice, 1083
