Thursday in his home after an illness of three years. Born August 12, 1889, at St. Paris route two, he was the son of Price and Laura Kiser Frank. He was married to Marie Pine on September 16, 1916. Previously, he was employed by the New York Central Railroad at Bellefontaine. He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge at St. Paris. Surviving are the widow, at home; two sons, Pershing and Howard, at home; three daughters, Mildred of Troy, Rose Jean and Anna Jane, at home; a sister, Mrs. Zelma Young of Columbus; one grandson, Floyd William, at home. Two brothers, one sister, one half-brother and one half-sister preceded him in death The body was taken to the Baker funeral home at St. Paris and will be returned to the late residence for services at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Harry Sinks, pastor of the United Brethren Church at Rosewood, will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.
