GOODE, Elizabeth J. 86, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Tuesday June 1, 
2010. She was born September 18, 1923 in Clark County, Ohio the daughter of 
the late Jesse & Elizabeth (Reed) Anspaugh. She retired from Mercy Medical 
Center and was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church, North Hampton, 
Ohio. She is survived by her husband, of 66 years, Richard Goode; two 
daughters, Elizabeth Ann & Michael Lubbers, Susan & Thomas Griffith; seven 
grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and friends. In addition to her 
parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Fahren. Visitation will be 
11-1 PM Friday June 4, 2010 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL 
HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with funeral services at 1 PM in the funeral home. 
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris, Ohio. Memorial contributions 
may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation or the American Cancer Society .
