Arlene Frances Greene, 64, of Troy, passed away at 9:27 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 
28, 2004, in her residence. 

She was born in Miami County on May 26, 1940, the daughter of the late Francis 
Lee and Vera Mae (Herrman) Ward. She married Dallas Burdette Greene on Aug. 
15, 1975, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 30, 2002. Arlene is survived by 
her four children and their spouses, 17 grandchildren, three brothers, a 
sister and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, 
she was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Green; and four brothers, 
Marvin, Charles, Keith and Robert Ward. 

Arlene was a member of the First Church of God in Piqua. 
Visitation and funeral services will be held Thursday in the Suber-Shively 
Funeral Home, 201 W. Main St., Fletcher. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. 
with funeral services beginning at 7 p.m. Pastor Mike Milthaler of the First 
Church of God, Piqua, will preside. A graveside service will be held at 10 
a.m. Monday in the Honey Creek Cemetery, Christiansburg
