Tuesday in her residence on the Dalton Rd, Springfield Route 2, following an illness of one year. Mrs Hobarty was born August 18, 1876 in Champaign county near Terre haute. She had lived most of her life in Clark and Champaign counties with the exception of 14 years spent in New Jersey. She was a member of the North Hampton Evangelical Reformed Church and of Faith Council 198, Daughters of America, in Urbana. Survivors include her husband Charles B, one son, Clement, Springfield, Rt 2; three sisters, Mrs Ida. BUMGARDNER, Bellefontaine; Mrs. Justin MATTISON, Richwood, OH; and Mrs Louis REDMAN, Urbana; three brothers Charles EVILSIZOR, Thackery, Samuel EVILSIZOR, North Hampton, and Weldy EVILSIZOR, St Mary's OH; 11 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. The body was taken to the Jackson-Lyle funeral home where it will remain until one hour before services at 2:30 P.M. Friday in North Hampton Evangelical Church; the Rev M P Schoepfle, pastor of the North Hampton church will have charge of the services. Burial will be made in the Terre Haute Cemetery.
