A former executive with Vistron Corp, in lIma, John E Ingersoll died Friday 
evening in University Hospital, Cleveland, of an apparent heart attack.
Born July 11, 1929, in Elyria, he was the son of Henry and Katherine Ingersoll 
of Wadsworth.  He was married to Marilyn R Redman in 1950.
Also surving two daughters Lynn Ann and Brenda Beth; two brothers Henry F and 
R. Grant.
He was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Lima for five years 
while employed in that city.  Since 1970, when he moved to Toledo, he was 
attedning the Westminister Presbyterian church.  He was a member and past 
master of the Portage F&AM Lodge, Elmore and member of the Oak Harbor Chapter. 
Genoa council Saint Omar Commandery, Ancient Accepted Valley Rite, Valley of 
Toledo and was an honarary 33rd degree Mason.
Services Tuesday in the Walter Funeral Home, Toledo Rev Carl W Beckman 
officiating with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris
