The Urbana Daily Citizen
Mary E.Insley, 90, of Springfield, died Saturday, February 3, 2001 in 
Eaglewood Care Center in Springfield at 4:30 a.m. She was born in Columbus, 
Ohio, April 26, 1910, the daughter of Elmer and Orpha(Breedlove)Haley She was 
a homemaker. She is survived by her children, Robert S. , Phylis M. (Paul E.) 
Fosnaugh, and Philip M.;grandsons, Chad Michael and Robert Vernon, all of 
Springfield, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Robert in 
1967; her parents; and a sister, Ruth Haley. She was a member of Tremont 
United Methodist Church. The Funeral service will be held Monday, February 5, 
2001 at 11 a.m. in the Walter-Schoedinger Funeral Home, 642 South Main Street, 
Urbana, Ohio, with Rev. Walter Mock officiating. Burial will be in Terre 
Haute, Ohio.
