Kelley, 63, of 535 Scioto St. ,died at 7:30 P.M. Friday in Mercy Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient since Oct.1. Mr. Kelley was born July 17, 1898 in Urbana, a son of Elmer and Adelia Boyer Kelley. He was the owner of the Kelley Coal and Gas Co. of Urbana for the past 30 years and was a graduate of Urbana High School and attended Dennison and Ohio State Universities. He was a member of the Church of the Epiphany and was a vestry- man of the church. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 741 of Urbana, the Urbanas Lion Club, Harmony Lodge 8, F & AM, Urbana No. 34, R. and A.M. Urbana Council Council No. 59, R. & S. M. and the Scioto Consistory of Scottish Rite of Columbus. Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two daughters, Mrs. Robert A. LAWYER of Omaha, Neb. and Mrs. James B RAMINGER of Broomfield, Colo., and a grandson, Robert S. LAWYER of Omaha, Neb. His body was taken to the Humphreys Funeral Home where friends may call from 7 P.M. Saturday until 1 P.M. Monday. The body will lie in state at the Church of the Epiphany from 1 P.M. Monday until services at 2:30 P.M. Monday with the Rev. William H. Schneiger, rector, officiating.
