The Urbana Daily Citizen-abstract
Frances L. Kemp, 87, of Urbana, died at 10:10 A.M. Saturday, October 23, 2010 
in Sterling House of Urbana. She was born August 9, 1923 in Champaign Co, OH, 
a daughter of Orla C. and Blanche (Brake) Evans.

She was a member of the Concord United Methodist Church. Frances enjoyed 
cooking great meals for her family and spending time with her grandchildren 
and great grandchildren, they were the joy of her life.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband Orville F. Kemp on September 25, 
2006, whom she married June 8, 1940; parents; infant daughter; daughter-in-law 
Patty Kemp; 3 brothers, Ora, Orla, Charles Evans; and 2 sisters Bernice Evans 
and Katherine Gillespie.

Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
