Kemper, 76, of Kettering, died on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2003 after a lengthy illness. She is preceded in death by her sister, Helen Bodey Fox, brothers, Charles Bodey and James Bodey both of Fletcher. She is survived by her husband Paul of 50 years; brother, Wallace Bodey and his wife Janet of Minster; four daughters, Judy Kemper, Connie Bias and her husband John, Kathy Kane and her husband Joel, Karen Manzo and her husband Nick; 15 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Wilma worker for over 20 years for Kettering City Schools, at Greenmont and Transportation Department. She was a 50 year member of Faith Lutheran Church and was president of the Altar Guild. She was also past-president of the Ohio Association of Educational Office Personnel. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church, 3315 Martel Dr. at Oakdale, with Pastor Steve Kimple officiating. Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. at the church.
