Tuesday, June 18, 2002 in Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.  He was born A
Aug, 20, 1951 in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Lily (Ho) Lee and the late Jack W. Lee, of T
Troy, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly (Crego) Lee, five children, Jason Lee of New 
Jersey, Brian Lee, of Columbus, Ohio, Joshua Lee, of Troy, Ohio, Alexandra Lee, 
of Troy, Ohio and Brandon Lee, of Troy, Ohio, sisters and brothers-in-laws, 
Sharon and Jim Bense, of Huntington Station, N.Y., Lorraine and Eric Carlson, 
of Collingswood, N.J., Annette and Jerry Lynch, of Edina, Minn., father-in-law, 
James Crego, of Tremont, Ohio and several nieces and nephews also survive.
He attended First Baptist Church, Troy, Ohio.  He was a member of Harmony #8 
Lodge F & AM, Socttish Rite in Hawaii, affiliated with Antioch Shrine, Dayton, Oh
Ohio, Troy Lions Club of which he was Melvin Jones Fellow.  An avid hunter and fi
fisherman with Lifetime membership in NRA.
He served in the U.S. Air Force obtaining the rank of Captain and served in the U
U.S. Navy obtaining the rank of Lt. Commander.  He was a Dr. of Optometry from t
the University of Pennsylvania in 1977, Dr. of Osteopathic medicine from Ohio U
University, Athens, Ohio in 1984, Ophthalmology Residency from Grandview H
Hospital, Dayton, Ohio in 1988, Corneal Consultants of Indiana with a f
fellowship in cornea and external disease in 1992.
He was a practicing Doctor of Ophthmology and he owned and operated the Eye S
Station in Huber Heights.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2002 at 1 p.m. in the 
Baird Funeral Home, with Pastor Dale Christian officiating.  Burial will be in 
Spring Grove Cemtery, St. Paris.
