Mrs. Hazel Anna Middleton, 75 died Monday in the Ohio Masonic Home.
She was born Jan.10, 1888,Champaign County and was the daughter of William and 
Clara Stinson Adlard.  Her husband, John, died in 1961.
She was a member of the United Methodist church and the St. Paris Pythian 
Sisters Lodge.
Funeral services will be held Thursday in the Richeson-Wickham Funeral Home 
with the Rev Lutgher Buchholtz, pastor of Zion Lutheran church in charge. 
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery
