The Urbana Daily Citizen abstract
Richard E. Milligan, 63, of St. Paris, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 
10, 2006 in his residence. He was born on July 27, 1943 in Champaign County, 
the son of the late Richard Ross and Ruth May (Jenkins) Milligan. Richard was 
a 1963 graduate of Graham High School and he retired in 1996 from Hobart 
Brothers, Troy. He was also a member of the Redmen's Lodge 222, Troy. He was 
preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Roger, John and Robert. 
Memorial funeral services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2006 at 7 p.m. in 
the ATKINS-SHIVELY FUNERAL HOME, 216 S. Springfield St., Saint Paris, Ohio. 
One hour of visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 6 p.m. 
Burial will be in Upper Honey Creek Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
