Funeral Home
MOATS, Ruth Pauline 89 of Urbana passed away Friday, March 24, 2006 at 1:35 
a.m. in McAuley Center. She was born July 11, 1916 in Springfield, Ohio the 
daughter of Vernon and Clara (Pence) Lower. She was a member of The First 
Church of the Nazarene, Springfield, Ohio. She is survived by daughters 
Phyllis (Dick) Davis of Urbana, Carole E. Phillips of Ft. Walton Beach, 
Florida and Rita S. (Jay) McCall of Urbana sister, Mary Tapp of Terre Haute 
and one granddaughter, Heather Phillips. She was preceded in death by her 
parents, husband Ralph, brothers Edward and Ray Lower, sisters Ethel Wilcoxon, 
Lola Smart and Imogene Lower. A gathering of family and friends will be held 
from 5-8 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2006 in the VERNON FUNERAL HOME . Funeral 
services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Pastor Keith 
Sarver officiating. Burial will follow at Terre Haute cemetery
