Nora M. Moore, 69, of Christiansburg, passed away in her residence at 10:14 
p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007.
She was born on May 21,1938, in Sandy Hook, Ky., the daughter of the late 
Milford and Rebecca (Gilliam) Lewis.
She married Donald Moore on Sept. 28,1957, and he survives in Christiansburg.
Three children also survive her, Donald R. (Lisa) Moore of Casstown, Pamela C. 
(Rev. Anthony) Casada of West Milton and Michael D. Moore of Troy; seven 
grandchildren, Joshua Treon, Madison Moore and Elizabeth Moore all of 
Casstown, Amanda (Jeremy) Watson and Emily (Jason) Ralidak, all of West 
Milton, Michael Moore of Christiansburg and Daniel Moore of DeGraff; three 
great-grandchildren, Paige, Emma and Isaac Watson, all of West Milton; one 
brother, Bascum (Evelyn) Lewis of Sandy Hook, Ky.; and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents and numerous brothers and sisters preceded her in death.
Nora was a lifelong member of the Elm Tree Free Will Baptist Church and a 
homemaker, and she served in her community as a home health aide. She also was 
a member of the Christiansburg area Red Hat Society.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Atkins-Shively 
Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield Street with the Rev. Anthony Casada 
presiding. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday in the 
funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, 
P.O. Box 502, Troy, OH 45373
