St. Paris Man is Stricken Monday
St. Paris Nov 5--Wilbur Mowen, 69 of St. Paris, died at Piqua Memorial 
Hospital this morning where he had been admitted three weeks ago for surgery.  
He was born in Champaign County.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Gladys Croft of Dayton, a son Dale of Columbus 
and a brother,Glen Mowen of Troy.  Fruneral arrangements will be announced 
later.
