Eileen E. Palkins, 87, of St. Paris, passed away at 1:35 p.m. on Saturday, 
Sept. 5, 2009, in Sunset Healthcare, Adena. Funeral services will be held at 1 
p.m. Wednesday in the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, N. St. Rt. 235, St. Paris, 
with the Reverend Kenneth McDonald presiding. Burial will follow in Rosedale 
Cemetery
