PHILLIPS, Grace Lynn Infant Daughter of Rob and Teresa (Evans) Phillips, 
passed away Thursday, August 25, 2005 in Community Hospital, Springfield. She 
is survived by her parents, a sister, Allison M. Phillips of Washington, 
Pennsylvania; two brothers, Dylan R.M. Gentis and Van R. Phillips both of 
Urbana; paternal grandmother, Helen Darst of Waverly, Ohio; maternal 
grandparents, Richard and Marsha Evans of Urbana, maternal great-grandparents, 
Kenneth and Mary Goings of Urbana and Louise Burkitt of Urbana; uncles, Paul 
and Aletha Evans of Mechanicsburg, Mark (Evonne) Phillips of Sacramento, CA, 
David (Tracy) Darst, of Waverly and Paul (Tracy) Darst, of Waverly; aunts, 
Lynne (Danny) Frazie of Minford, Ohio and Robin Darst of Lucasville; and many 
of other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 
29, 2005 in the VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana with the Rev. Dan Leiker 
officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the funeral 
service. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery, Urbana
