PURK, Brenda Kay 53 of Saint Paris, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2006 at 
9:45 a.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 1 p.m. in 
the Atkins-Shively Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield Street, Saint Paris, Ohio. 
Burial will follow in Myrtle Tree Cemetery, Saint Paris. Visitation for family 
and friends will be held prior to the funeral services on Tuesday, July 25, 
2006 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
