Hattie Louise (Frasher) (Ellis) Putman, 72, of 427 Mosgrove St., Urbana, died 
Wednesday, June 20, 2001, at 9:23 a.m. in Mercy Medical Center, Springfield, 
Ohio. She was born Aug. 11, 1928, in Wayne County, W.Va., to Harry W. and 
Gladys (Frasher) Ellis. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Calvin 
New; parents; son, Russell Edwin New; and one granddaughter, Kay. She was a 
member of the Grace Baptist Church. Burial in Concord Cemetery
