Celia Mae Ramey, 93, of St. Paris, passed away at 12:10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 
13, 2007, in the McAuley Center, Urbana. Funeral services will be held at 1 
p.m. Wednesday in the Atkins-Shively Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield Street, 
St. Paris, with the Rev. Jeff Richards of North Lewisburg presiding. Burial 
will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be 
from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home
