abstract-
Alan D Ratcliff, 18, was found dead in his residence Thursday evening of a 
self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Born in Urbana June 21, 1958, he was the son of Charles and Betty jean Saylor 
Ratcliff. 
He attended Graham High School and had served seven months in the US Navy.
Surviving are his parents, his stepmother, two sisters Shelly L and Rowena 
R;two half-brothers, Tony Osborn and Tracy Owens;grandparents Mr & Mrs Joseph 
Ratcliff; Mr & Mrs Lesley Saylor
Services will be Sunday at a time to be set later in the Richeson Wickham and 
Adkins Funeral Home.  Burial in Spring Grove Cemetery
