He was born Nov. 30, 1953, in Piqua, the son of the late Lloyd Rose and Janet (Kauffman) Rose. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Janet and Eugene Eisner of Fletcher and six children, Tobi (Scott) VanScoy of Rosewood, Heather (Dave) Taynor of Findlay, Traci (Ryan) Pine of Rosewood, Holli (Curtis) Enis of Sidney, Tyler Rose of Sidney and Kylie Davis of Sidney. He was a loving grandfather to six grandchildren, Madilyn and Zackery VanScoy, Morgan and Marissa Pine, William Hudson and Wesley Enis. He also is survived by four brothers, Tim Rose of Conover, Terry (Jackie) Rose of Fletcher, Ted (Lee) Rose of Xenia and Tom (Jacqui) Rose of Troy; two stepbrothers, Jeff (Jackie) Eisner of St. Paris and Mike (Cheryl) Eisner of Piqua; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, two sisters, Linda Kay Rose and Tondra Connolly, preceded him in death. Tony was a 1972 graduate of Graham High School where he received All Conference and All State honors as a linebacker in football. He participated in FFA. He was employed by American Trim in Sidney as a journeyman machinist. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping and especially liked to travel to the Tennessee mountains. He liked sports and he was a Cleveland Browns fan. He loved muscle cars, especially Chevelles, and he liked Harley Davidson motorcycles. Spending time with his family was important to him, and he was a proud grandparent. The Rev. Russ Tichenor of the Fletcher United Methodist Church presiding.
