St. Paris Funeral services for Dale R Runkle, formerly of the Shawnee 
Apartments, Springfield, and a native of St. Paris, will be held at 1:30pm 
Saturday in the Littleton Funeral Home, Springfield. Burial will be in Spring 
Grove Cemetery near St. Paris.
Mr Runkle was a son of Lee and Martha Cyster Runkle.  He was a retired barber 
and member of the Central United Methodist church.
Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Roger Gaier(Vivian) of Springfield; three 
grandsons and a sister Mrs. Aleta Malmsbury of LaPuente, Calif. His wife, 
Lillian died in 1953.
