The Sidney Daily News-abstract
LLOYD RUSSELL age 73, of Urbana, died Sunday, November 23, 2003 in Heartland 
of Urbana. He was born in Champaign County, Ohio, on November 28, 1929 to Fred 
and Bonita (Kiser) Russell. He was retired from Kelsey Hayes Mfg. after 37 
years. He was an United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a 
member of the Springfield United Methodist Church. Private graveside services 
will be held Tuesday in Concord Cemetery
