Phyllis Yvonne Schrack, 61, of St. Pan's, passed away at 5:45 p.m. Sunday, 
Sept. 19, 2004, in her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the St. Paris Community 
Church of the Nazarene, 3560 State Route 235, with Pastor Jim Jenkerson 
officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in the 
Richeson-Wickham and Atkins Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield St., St. Paris.
