Sizemore, 53, of Port Charlotte, Fla., and formerly of St. Paris, passed away Friday, July 25,2003 at 4:05 a.m. in St. Joseph Hospital, Port Charlotte. He was born in Piqua, on Sept. 27,1949, the son of the late Corbit and Margaret "Peggy" (Wisecup) Sizemore. Mr. Sizemore was a graduate of Marion High School, Marion; served the United States Marines during the Vietnam conflict for which he received the Purple Heart award; and was formerly employed as a truck driver for Bulk Transit out of Plain City. He was a member of Bee Ridge Presbyterian Church, Sarasota, Fla. and the American Legion, Post No. 320, Siesta Key, Fla. Survivors include his wife, Dianne (Gross) Sizemore of Port Charlotte, Fla., who he married on May 19, 2001; three stepsons, Dennis Stiner of Monteagle, Tenn., Frederick (Ann) Stiner and Greg Stiner, both of Sarasota, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Kristine (Dave) McWilliams of Sarasota, Fla.; 11 stepgrandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; one brother, David (Shirley) Sizemore of Christiansburg; one sister, Connie (Jim) Cupps of St. Paris; two nieces, Cynthia (Doug) Klipstine of Sidney and Sheila (Mike) White of Bellefontaine; one nephew, James W. Cupps of West Liberty; one great-niece, Blake Ann Cupps of Urbana; and three great-nephews, Harry and Joey Klipstine of Sidney and Paul Corbit Geuy of Bellefontaine. In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Sizemore; one stepson, Scott Stiner; and one stepdaughter, Pamela Stiner. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2 in the Richeson-Wickham and Atkins Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield St., St. Paris, with Pastor Bud Robinson from the Carysville Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with military services conducted by Philip Grieser Memorial Post No. 7645, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Keith Cretors Post No. 148, American Legion, both of St. Paris.
