Megan Renae Smith, 19, of West Liberty went home to be with her Lord Friday, 
Aug. 3, 2012. She was born June 18, 1993, in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter 
of Gregory W. and Lori (Stough) Smith. Megan was a Gymnastics Instructor with 
Crown Gymnastics. She served as a page at the Bellefontaine Library and 
Assistant Manager at Blue Jacket Dairy Ice Cream Shop. She was a member of the 
home school community and an active member of Center Stage Productions and was 
of strong Christian faith. Survivors include her parents, both of West 
Liberty, sisters and brother-in-law Sarah (Levi) Campbell, Hope Smith, 
brothers Matthew and Preston Smith and Alex McNeal, maternal grandparents Bob 
and Carol Stough, paternal grandparents Bill and Helen Smith, nephew William 
Campbell, aunts Cristi Clark, Vicki Fichter and Ramona Faria, a host of other 
family and many friends. She was preceded in death by infant brother Lucas 
William and maternal and paternal great-grandparents and her loyal friend Leo. 
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Jennings Farley Funeral Home, 5591 
U.S. Route 68 South. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at 
Grace Chapel, 600 Linden Ave., West Liberty, Ohio, with Pastor Walt 
Mansfield "Daddy Mansfield" officiating. Interment will be in Terre Haute 
Cemetery.
