WILLIAM THOMAS UNDERWOOD, age 81, passed away on August 13, 2011 in Lakeland, 
FL of cancer. 

He was born March 17, 1930 in Champaign County, Ohio, a son of Marvin W. and 
Gladys Underwood.

He resided most of his life in Clark County, Ohio. He was A Surge Dairy Farm 
Equipment Dealer, 4-H Club Advisor and a member of UAW Union Local 402 at 
Springfield, Ohio, where he retired from International Harvester Co. in 1977. 
He moved to Lakeland, Florida in 1978.
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Urbana, Ohio.
