The Urbana Daily News
Patricia "Patty" Vaughan, 75, of Urbana, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2010 
in Mercy Memorial Hospital. She was born November 26, 1935 in Mechanicsburg, 
OH the daughter of Donald and Virginia (Angel) Tobias.

Patty was a 1955 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School. She worked for many 
years as a nurse's aid taking care of her "elderly children" at Heartland of 
Urbana and Mercy McAuley Center. She enjoyed shopping, planting and admiring 
her flowers, cooking and spending time with her "furry kids." Patty loved the 
holidays and family gatherings, especially Christmas.

Patty is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kimberly Sue Vaughan; 
brother, Donald Tobias and nephew, Steve Tobias.

Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
