WAGNER, Francis W. 85, of Springfield died Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in the 
Ohio Masonic Home. He was born January 31, 1924 in Springfield the son of Adam 
and Minnie (Fogle) Wagner. Mr. Wagner served in the United States Army and 
retired from SPECO-Kelsey Hayes with forty-seven years service. He was a 
member of Clark Lodge #101, F&AM and UAW Local 1192. He is survived by his 
brother Robert "Bob" Wagner; sister-in-law Marjorie (Mabry) Wilt, both of 
Springfield; one nephew; three nieces and many friends. He was preceded in 
death by his wife Mary Ellen (Mabry) Wagner in 2007; brother Burnett Wagner; 
sister Betty Jean Wagner and his good friend George Bull. Funeral services 
will be held Monday at 1:00 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 
with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating. Friends may call Monday from 12 noon-1 PM. 
Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery, Urbana.
