R. Wade Wilkins, 18, died in Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton from injuries 
received in a one-car accident on Saturday
He was born Jan 18, 1957 in Champaign Co, a son of robert and Carol Cutler 
Wilkins,  He was a Senior at Graham High School.  He was employed at Food 
World in Piqua.
Surviving are his parents, sisters, Vickie and Lynette, maternal grandparents 
Howard Cutler and Mrs. Martha Cutler and paternal granmother Mrs. Lelah 
Hamilton
Services will be conducted by Rev Charles Babcok and Rev Wesley Glines.  
Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery
