WILLIAMS, William E. "Sonny" 71, of Urbana, died Saturday October 23, 2004 in 
his residence. He was born August 19, 1933 in Gallipolis, Ohio, the son of 
Marion G. and Hazel V. (Massie) Williams. Survivors include four daughters and 
sons-in-law, Sharon Caudill of Naples, Florida, Robin and Bob Stegman of 
Urbana, Myra Moore and Juanita and William Laughrey of Naples, Florida; son 
and daughter-in-law, Eddie and Beverly Williams of Urbana; a sister and 
brother-in-law, Mary and Beady Beckett of Springfield; a brother and sister-in-
law, Jerry and Karen Williams of Thackery; eight grandchildren; five great-
grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Wanda L. 
Williams and a brother, Melvin Keith Williams. A gathering of family and 
friends will be held Wednesday October 27, 2004 one hour prior to the funeral 
service at 2 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME, Springfield, with Rev. 
William Laughrey, officiating. Burial will be in Terre Haute Cemetery
