abstract
Rosa Ann Winks, 76 died today in Piqua Memorial Hospital.
Born in Clark County, March 12, 1895, she was the daughter of the late George 
and Marietta Shaffer Rupert.  She was married to Arthur Winks, Dec. 12, 1919 
in Piqua.  He survives her.  The couple had resided in the county 30 years
Surviving are four sons; Henry, William of Dunkirkm Ind.;Harold and Tom.  Also 
surviving are four daughters Mrs. Paul Bixler(Alice); Mrs Margaret Cline;Mrs 
Richard Ray(Cathrine) and Mrs Dennis Thornsberry(Martha) Rochester Mich and 
one brother Clarence Rupert.
Funeral services in Baker Funeral Home by Rev Dale Bissel, pastor of the 
Chruch of the Nazarene.  Burial will be in the Spring Grove Cemetery
