This is Jacques Lambur, the father of Viktor Hugo Lambur whom came to America 
on the Normandie after the Franco Prussian War. Viktor spelled his name Victor 
Hugo Lambour in the United States. They were from Elsa-B Lothringen, Alsace 
Lorraine France. 
Jacques was born in 1808 and died Dec. 31, 1913 near Dabo France.
