S. Thomas’ long service with the city in different capacities, City Manager Edgar E. Parsons announced Wednesday that the city offices will be closed Thursday form [sic] 10 a.m. until noon so that the officials and employes [sic] can visit the late residence of Mr. Thomas and pay a last tribute to the man whom all held in high esteem.
