Mary Ellen Beck, 41, 3721 Ridgeoak Way, Dallas, Tex, died Thursday at her 
residence.  Born Dec 18, 1933 in Springfield, she was the daughter of the late 
Elwood Wilgus and Lucille C Taylor Warder of Toledo.  In addition to her 
mother, surviving are her husband Sam Beck, a daughter Dawne, and two sons, 
Brent and Gress, all of Dallas, two brothers, William Wilgus of Toledo, Thomas 
Wilgus of Nevada, anda sister Mrs. Linda Taylor of Portsmouth.  Mrs. Beck was 
member of the Walnut Hill Lutheran Church in Dallas, Toledo Theatre, Eastern 
Star, National Association Music Teachers of Singing.  She graduated from 
Libbey Hight School, University of Toledo School of Nursing and would have 
graduated May 16th from North Texas State University with a Bachelor of Music 
Degree and would have been granted the magna cum laude.  She was a registered 
nurse at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.  Funeral services will be Monday 
2:30 pm at the Deeter-Baird Funeral Home, Toy.  Rev. David Matevia will 
officiate.  Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery.  There will be no Calling 
hours.  Cause of death was not stated
