Excerpts of the obituary:
Mrs Josephine Campbell, age 84, died after an illness of 4 years. Mother of Mrs 
C E Rowland of 2678 E High street, Springfield with whom she lived with for the 
last 19 years. Native of McConnelsville, Morgan Co, OH, widow of David Campbell 
who died 47 years ago.
Other survivors include: 
3 sons, Wilson of Portland, OR, Harlan of Windsor, Ontario and William E of 
Chicago; a sister, Mrs Lena Carter of McConnelsville; and 5 grandchildren. 
The body was removed to the Sprague funeral home in South Charleston but 
returned to the residence of her daughter on Wednesday where it may be viewed 
by friends on Wednesday evening. On Thursday morning, the body will be taken to 
McConnelsville for funeral services at 2 pm at the Meigs Christian. Burial will 
be made in the cemetery there.
