Artesia Daily Press, Artesia NM
Frances Lois CORNWELL passed away at Good Samaritan Nursing Facility in
Artesia, NM of heart failure on February 28,1985. She was born July 14, 1895 
in Springfield, OH.  The daughter of Frank Henry GOSSETT and Georgiana W. 
FRANKLIN, on August 1, 1912, she married William Elmer CORNWELL, who preceeded 
her in death January 30, 1963. She was a lifetime member of The Reorganized 
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A son, William E. CORNWELL, Jr. 
died in 1919. Survivors include Helen c. KENNEDY, James F. CORNWELL, Lucille 
C. HARBER, Catherine R. WILLIAMS, Billie J. BURCHETT all of
Artesia, NM, and Frank L. CORNWELL of El Paso, TX. Burial will be in Woodbine 
Cemetery, Artesia, NM.
