OBITUARY TEXT: COOK, Grace M., 67, of Quinn, Mont., formerly of Clearwater and
Port Richey, died Saturday (October 10, 1998) at home. She was born in
Springfield, Ohio, and lived in Port Richey for 20 years, where she worked at
Health Care Association. In 1992, she moved to Clearwater, where she worked five
years for Clearwater Health Care. She moved in May to Montana. She was a member
of First Church of the Nazarene, Clearwater. Survivors include four sons,
Earnest COOK and Delmar COOK, both of Gallipolis, Ohio, Nicholas COOK, Michigan,
and Jerry FLACK, Tifton, Ga.; four daughters, Bertha EADS and Rosetta JENKINS,
both of Gallipolis, and Jackie COOK and Louella HICKEY, both of Quinn; a
brother, Thomas FLACK, Springfield; three sisters, Iona MYERS, Oak Hill, Ohio,
Caroline SMITH, Springfield, Ohio, and Ruth HARRIS, Jackson, Ohio; nine
grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and several
nieces and nephews. Franzen-Davis Funeral Home, Livingston, Mont.
