MILDRED M. LeFEVER, 85, of Springfield, died Sunday evening, June 6, 2004 in 
Community Hospital. 

She was born in Springfield on March 12, 1919 the daughter of Clifford M. and 
Mary Edith (Ashing) McCaughey. She had retired from National Life Insurance 
Company. 

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Phyllis A. LeFever of Springfield; two 
granddaughters and spouses, Sheri and Mark Eveland of Westerville, Ohio and 
Lisa and Aaron Masser of Watsontown, Pennsylvania; two great granddaughters, 
Olivia and Madelyn Masser; a sister-in-law, Dorothy McCaughey of Springfield; 
a niece, Sandy Wallingsford; and two nephews, Bob LeFever and Tom McCaughey. 
Her parents; husband, Ralph R. LeFever; son, Ralph M. LeFever; sister, Mary 
Halk; and brother, Arthur McCaughey preceded her in death. 

Millie’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the LITTLETON 
& RUE FUNERAL HOME, SPRINGFIELD with Pastor Jim Zerkle of New Moorefield 
United Methodist Church officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be 
held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.

United Methodist Church, 5065 Mechanicsburg Rd., Springfield, Ohio, 45502.
