Weekly Republic, Springfield, OH
New Carlisle,  Nov 25. Peter SMITH, an old resident of this place, died
yesterday morning of Bright's disease. Funeral services will take place at the
German Baptist church tmorrow at 10 o'clock after which he will be taken to 
North Hampton for interment. He lived and died in the German Baptist faith, of 
which church he was a consistent member.
