Deaths of a Day

Thomas – Sophia Thomas, widow of the late Jacob Thomas and mother of Hon. John 
H. and Charles E. Thomas, died this morning at 6:30 peacefully and without a 
struggle and conscious to the very last, aged 88 years and 6 months.  Funeral 
from he late residence on Wednesday at 2:30 o’clock.
