Fitzpatrick, George E. Fitzpatrick, John L. Fitzpatrick, Mary A. Fitzpatrick Walter S. Fitzpatrick Ida B. Fitzpatrick & Ruth G. Fitzpatrick This day came Jerome W. Fitzpatrick aged 16 years Oct 23, 1867 and George E. Fitzpatrick aged 14 years Jany 5, 1868 and made choice of G. W. Salt as their guardian and thereupon came the said G.W. Salt and made application to be appointed guardian of John L. Fitzpatrick aged 11 years Oct 13, 1867, Mary O. Fitzpatrick aged 9 years Sept 1, 1867 Walter S. Fitzpatrick aged 6 years April 9, 1867, Ida B. Fitzpatrick aged 4 years July 17, 1867 and Ruth G. Fitzpatrick aged 2 years July 2, 1867 and the Court being satisfied that said minors are all residents of this county and are all minor children of Zachariah Fitzpatrick deceased and the said G.W. Salt having filed in this office a statement duly verified by his affidavit of the whole estate and the probably value thereof and the probable value of the yearly rent of said minors real estate. It is ordered by the court that the said G.W. Salt be and he is hereby appointed guardian of the person and estate of the said Jerome W. Fitzpatrick, George E. Fitzpatrick, John L. Fitzpatrick, Mary A. Fitzpatrick, Walter S. Fitzpatrick, Ida B. Fitzpatrick and Ruth G. Fitzpatrick. Thereupon came the said G.W. Salt and accepted said appointment and took the oath required by law and gave bond in the sum of Five thousand dollars with Geo. Winder and Richard Pemberton as sureties conditioned according to law which bond is approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded.
