Clermont,OH This Indenture made the thirty first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight Between Thomas Page of the County of Clermont and State of Ohio of the one part and Samuel Everet of the same County and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Thomas Page aforesaid in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred and fifty dollars lawful money in hand of the United States to him in hand paid will and truly paid by the said Samuel Everet  the receipt of is hereby acknowledged and thereof and therefore doth acquit release exonerate and forever discharge the said Samuel Everet his heirs executors and administrators have granted bargained sol aliened enfeoffed released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff convey and confirm unto the said Samuel Everet his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Clermont of and on the waters of the East of the Little Miami Beginning at an El? Stake on the bank of Ullerys branch then by land of Benjamin Clark South sixty six degrees East one hundred and twenty poles to a poplar and small beech crossing a branch at one hundred poles thence by the same south eleven degrees west one hundred and seven poles one hundred and seven poles to an oak and two beaches in the line of the  original survey crossing a branch at sixty poles thence with said line north sixty seen degrees West one hundred and twenty four ? to a ? beach and a water beach  on the bank of Ullery branch  ? crossing a branch of twenty seven poles thence down the same branch with its  different courses one hundred and thirteen poles to the place of Beginning containing eighty two acres and five poles (being part of land granted to William Simonds dec’d  ? said Simonds conveyed to said Page) and all the state right title interest claim and demand of the said Thomas Page and his heirs of in and to the said premises hereby granted and every part thereof together with all and singular the rights privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and the rents issues and profits thereof to have and to hold the said premises hereby bargained and  or must or intended so to be with the appurtenances to the said Samuel Everett and his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said Samuel Everet and his  heirs and assigns forever and the said Thomas Page of fore hereof his heirs and assigns Executors and administrators doth covenant grand and agree to and with the said Samuel Everet and his heirs Executors administrators and assigns that he is the true and lawfull owner of the premises hereby granted and hath good right full power and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid and further that he be the said Thomas Page his heirs Exeutorand administrators will warrant and forever defent the aforesaid premises with their appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof with the said Samuel Everet and his heirs and assigns against all persons claiming or to claim by for or under him?any of them ??by?or under any other person or persons whomsoever.  In Witness whereof the said Thomas Page and Sarah Page his wife (who hereby relinquishes her right of dower in the premises) have hereunto set their hands and seals  the day and year fore above written. Be it remembered that on this thirty first day of October eighteen hundred and eight Thomas Page and Sarah his wife the within grantors personally came before me the undersigned one of the Justices of the peace in and for the said County of Clermont and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the within Indenture to be their voluntary act and deed for the  ? purposes therein contained and the said Sarah being by me personally examined and of full age declared her voluntary relinquishment of dower to the said Samuel Everet and his Heirs and assigns to the within mentioned premises agreeable to law.
